Adult Kickboxing is Muay Thai in origin and focuses on simple and effective techniques for building strength and skills. Originating from four basic punches, four basic kicks, four basic blocks, and movement, each level builds on the knowledge from the one before, helping each student build on the skills they’ve already mastered. Because kickboxing is fun and easy for all ages, these skills are highly effective for self-defense, and students will start to see results in just a few classes.
