Steps to transfer a firearm from another FFL to Conway Toe2Toe

• If we’re unable to help you get a better deal, purchase the firearm you wish to have transferred to us & tell them you want it transferred to Conway Toe2Toe. They can reach us at (501) 515-4788 or toe2toeconway@gmail.com
• Once they reach out to us, we will give them all the information they will need to transfer the firearm to us. When we receive the firearm, we will reach out to you and let you know it is ready to be picked up.
• When you come to pick up your firearm, you will need to fill out the firearms transfer record (form 4473), and we’ll initiate your background check. Usually the background check returns a status within 30 minutes, but the FBI has up to 3 business days to give us a final result.  (For persons under 21, this can be extended an additional 10 business days)
• If you have a valid Arkansas CHCL, you will be exempt from the background check process
• You must be 21 or older to have a pistol transferred to you, and 18 or older to have a rifle or shotgun transferred to you.
• You will need a valid Arkansas state issued with your current address. If your address is different from what is on your driver’s license, you will need to provide a government issued supplemental document with your current address.  Acceptable documents include vehicle registration, voter registration card, municipal utility bill (usually water or sewer).  Utility bills from a non-municipal utility company will not be accepted (e.g., Conway Corp, cell phone bill, cable bill, etc.)
• Active members of the Armed Forces may use valid PCS orders for address verification.
• Our transfer fee is $35. The transferring FFL may also charge a transfer fee and shipping.
• Once we receive a “proceed” result from your background check, you may take possession of the firearm.

• Pistols must be shipped through a Federally Licensed Firearms Dealer. Find a gun store in your area that will ship a firearm for you.  They will probably charge you a transfer fee plus the cost of shipping.
